RUNNIN' AGAINST THE WIND.

HURTIN' UNITS VS. THE INGLORIOUS BATSTERS.

"Any way the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me, to me" - Queen

Game # 8 - June 4th, 2016

Hurtin' Units win 26-15

Team Record - 4-4-0

Coventry Park- In the March 2016 captains meeting the T.O.T. gave birth to a new team. On that day the Inglorious Batsters were born and the proud captains Will and Peter were welcomed into the fold.

They grow up so fast... Since that day we have seen the little batsters grow into a teamager. I can recall how awkward they looked taking their first steps up to the podium and grappling around for the first time, picking their first player. Now they are running around the bases and hitting and getting along with other teams. Yes they grow up so fast.

The Batster's got off to a good start from the beginning, with good Will and pleasant Pete. Coming into this game against the Hurtin' Units they had a record of 4-3-0, sitting 6th place with a plus/minus of -2. The Hurtin' Units, coming into this game, were sitting in 10th place with a record of 3-4-0 and a plus/minus of + 25.
